Dinsmore to lead shopping center development group
Advertiser StaffLocal businessman Jeff Dinsmore has been named president of a partnership developing three shopping centers on O'ahu, Maui and the Big Island.
Dinsmore will lead MKC Management LLC, a joint venture between The MacNaughton Group and Kobayashi Group that plans to develop retail centers called Kapolei Commons, Kihei Commons and Kona Commons.
Previously, Dinsmore was vice president of Hawai'i development for mall owner General Growth Properties, and before that was vice president and chief financial officer of Victoria Ward Ltd., where he oversaw development of Ward Entertainment Center and other projects at Ward Centers.
