Castle alum Wilson tied for seventh in Bob Hope golf

Former Kaneohe resident and Castle High slum Dean Wilson shot a 5-under-par 67 and is tied for seventh in the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic at Thousand Palms, Calif.Wilson, who failed to make the cut at last week's Sony Open in Hawaii, had six birdies and a bogey.
His three-round total of 11-under 205 is seven shots behind leader Justin Rose. Rose shot 66 Friday and is at 198, 18-under.
The five-day tournament ends Sunday.
