Salt Lake man arrested in sexual assault case

A 23-year-old Salt Lake man was arrested at about 2:35 p.m. yesterday at his Ala Ilima Street apartment after a juvenile filed a complaint this week that accused the man of committing a sexual assault in August 2003.
Police did not identify the complainant by gender.
Police were conferring with the Department of the City Prosecutor in hopes of bringing charges against the man for first- and third-degree sexual assault.
