Man, 23, facing first-degree burglary charges

First-degree burglary charges are pending against a 23-year-old man who was arrested Sunday after police responded to a neighbor's complaint of a man removing louvres at a Mililani home.The suspect, who has no local address, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. The home that was allegedly being burglarized is up for sale.
