Home Lands' office ground-breaking ceremony today

A ground-breaking ceremony for the Dept. of Hawaiian Home Lands' new office building takes place at 11:45 a.m. today. Governor Linda Lingle, Lt. Gov. James Aiona and Hawaiian Homes Commission Chair Micah Kane are among the dignitaries who will be on hand.The new office building will be located at Kapolei Parkway, east end, Kapolei.
