Finance Factors adds online mortgage tool to Web site

Finance Factors Ltd. has added an online mortgage application tool on its Web site that can be used for purchases of homes, refinancing and obtaining home-equity credit lines.The company said E-Z Express will provide most people an answer on their application minutes after they submit it. The loan application is found on a link at www.financefactors.com along with loan calculators to help determine monthly payments for various types of loans, Finance Factors said in a news release.
Another service allows people to receive an e-mail notifying them their target mortgage rate is available.
The online application process uses technology developed by Mortgagebot LLC of Mequon, Wisconsin.
