Pavement resurfacing work closing H-3 lanes

The state Department of Transportation advises that pavement resurfacing work on the H-3 Freeway in the north-bound direction is under way at the following locations:

  • Single-lane closures — in place between the Halekou Interchange and the Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kane'ohe, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday.

  • Mokapu Boulevard off-ramp will be closed for pavement resurfacing today until 3 p.m.
