Moon giving State of the Judiciary Address

Chief Justice Ronald Moon will give the State of the Judiciary Address to a joint session of the State Legislature at 10 a.m. today.Governor Linda Lingle and Lt. Gov. James Aiona will be in attendance. The Address will be given in the Senate Chambers at the State Capitol.
