Sex assault suspect voluntarily surrenders

A 42-year-old man voluntarily surrendered to police for questioning yesterday and was later booked for three counts of first-degree sex assault and seven counts of third-degree sex assault involving a minor.The man was arrested at 1:25 p.m.
