Pasha Hawaii cuts fuel surcharge, matches Matson

Pasha Hawaii Transport Lines has matched Matson Navigation Co.'s fuel surcharge decrease from 18.75 percent to 17.5 percent.Matson announced this week it would lower its surcharge beginning Sunday because of a continued downward trend in fuel costs. Horizon Lines LLC has also said it would match the decrease.
