The chef is now a contributor to MommyTalk.com, a sort of MySpace for moms (and dads). A parenting Web site?

How does he know? The Phoenix, Ariz., resident's family owns a house on the Big Island, and has known Choy, father of two and grandpa of one, for 15 years.
