Shidler Group pays $24M for Phoenix corporate center

The Shidler Group, a company founded by Hawai'i real estate investor Jay Shidler, has purchased the Black Canyon Corporate Center in Phoenix, Arizona for $24.3 million.The 226,700-square foot office building is located on 19 acres and is currently 62 percent occupied. It joins a real estate portfolio that also includes properties in Hawai'i, Texas, Arizona and Southern California.
