Ishii shoots 68, tied for seventh at Turtle Bay golf

Honolulu's David Ishii shot a 4-under-par 68 and is among the leaders after the first round of the Turtle Bay Championship at Turtle Bay Resort.Ishii recorded an eagle, five birdies and three bogeys for a 36-32 score. He closed his round by scoring an eagle on the par-5 18th.
Ishii is tied for seventh in the three-round event.
Fred Funk shot 7-under 65 and leads by two over five players, including Tom Kite.
