Accidents slow H-1 traffic near Kapolei

Traffic moved slowly in the Kapolei area on Saturday afternoon because of several minor traffic accidents, Honolulu police said.At least two accidents were reported shortly before 2 p.m. on the H-1 Freeway near Kapolei. One accident was on the west-bound Makakilo off-ramp. The other was near the east-bound Campbell off-ramp.
Drivers reported that traffic was backed up in the east-bound direction from Kapolei to the Kahe Power Plant.
