Caution urged in Makaha as waves hit Farrington Hwy.

High surf scattered debris onto Farrington Highway in Makaha at 2:10 a.m., police said Tuesday.The surf, expected to reach 25 feet Tuesday, was washing over the road. The road is still accessible, but care is needed to pass through the area.
