Mera Pharmaceuticals to miss SEC filing deadline

Mera Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Kona-based technology company, said it will miss a deadline for filing a quarterly and annual report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission because its independent financial auditor is still reviewing the financial statements.Mera said the reports are for the periods ending Oct. 31. It made the notification in a filing with the SEC.
