Horizon Lines declares dividend of 11 cents per share

Charlotte, N.C. — Horizon Lines, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has voted to declare a cash dividend on its outstanding shares of common stock of 11 cents per share, payable on March 15 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 1.

The company also announced that it will hold its 2007 Annual Stockholder Meeting on June 5 in Charlotte, N.C. Stockholders of record at the close of business on April 6 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
