One arrested, one sought in sex assault, kidnapping

Police arrested a 21-year-old Iwilei man Monday and are looking for another man, 20, in connection with a reported kidnapping and sexual assault of a juvenile.The girl was allegedly abducted and attacked between 9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday at locations between 'Aiea and Kane'ohe, police said.
The man in custody was arrested at police headquarters at 10:40 p.m.
