High winds mean no tee-offs at Wailua Golf Course

Wailua Golf Course is closed Wednesday because of the hazardous conditions created by the high winds, county officials said in a news release.Weather permitting, the course will reopen tomorrow, officials said.
The normal hours of operation at the golf course are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
