City crews repairing dangling stoplight in Kailua

Crews are headed to Kailua's Enchanted Lake area Wednesday morning to fix a dangling stoplight, which was apparently unhinged by high winds.
The city Department of Transportation Services said the stoplight is on Keolu Drive near the Enchanted Lake Shopping Center.
It is unclear how long it will take crews to fix the light.
