Police investigating head injuries to infant

Emergency room personnel at Tripler Army Medical Center reported the case to police Friday after it was determined the boy had a fractured skull.
The child was admitted to the hospital at 7 a.m.
Police opened a second-degree assault investigation at 8:30 p.m. Friday and have made no arrests.
