Police investigating sex assault on girl, 13

Charges were pending today against a 50-year-old Kalihi man for an alleged sex assault involving a 13-year-old girl.The alleged incident occurred March 1 but was only recently reported to police. The man was arrested for questioning late last night and booked at 3:30 a.m. today for first-degree sex assault.
