Airport office high-rise completes renovation work

The owner of the Airport Center office building has completed an upgrade of the property that cost about $1.9 million and lasted about 27 months, according to building manager CB Richard Ellis.The work on the building with its distinctive whale mural included $1.4 spent to install a fire sprinkler system and equipment repairs. Other changes included an air-conditioning system upgrade and many aesthetic improvements.
