Public's help sought in finding Waimalu bank robber

Police are asking the public to help identify and locate a man wanted for robbing the Waimalu branch of Central Pacific Bank on Thursday afternoon.

The man entered the bank, presented a note demanding money and ran away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The robber was described as in his 20s, 5-feet-8 to 5-feet-10, 140 to 160 pounds, and wearing a a black, shoulder-length matted wig. He was wearing gold sunglasses, a gray, long-sleeve T-shirt and blue denim jeans.
