A 68-year-old Kane'ohe woman died from injuries suffered in car crash Thursday in Royal Kunia, according to autopsy findings.

Cause of Nyra Williams' death is listed as blunt-force injuries of the chest.

There had been suspicions that Williams may have suffered a medical condition that led to her 2003 Honda Civic veering off Kupuohi Street and crashing into a pole at 3:42 p.m.

Williams died at Hawaii Medical Center-West.
