Federal inmate charged with threatening

Alvin Davis, 24, was also booked for a 2007 firearms offense at 10:15 a.m. and returned to the Federal Detention Center at 351 Elliott Street.
Bail on the 2006 offenses is $30,000, according to police booking information.
