Ruby Tuesday earnings fall slightly in latest quarter

Ruby Tuesday today reported diluted earnings per share of $0.46 on net income of $24.7 million for the quarter ending June 5.That compares to diluted earnings per share of $0.53 on net income of $31.7 million for the fourth quarter of the prior year.
Ruby Tuesday has four restaurants on O'ahu.
For the fiscal year ended June 5, 2007, the Company reported diluted earnings per share of $1.59 on net income of $91.7 million as compared to $1.65 on net income of $100.1 million for fiscal 2006.
