Small fire extinguished at Kapalama Elementary School

Firefighters quickly doused an electrical fire at Kapalama Elementary School this afternoon.The small fire was contained to the cafeteria, and did no serious damage.
Firefighters got to the school on North School Street about 1 p.m. School is not in session, but it's unclear whether summer school classes are being held on the campus. No evacuations were made.
