Waipahu affordable condos going on sale

The sales office for the eight-story affordable Mokuola Vista condominium at 94-333 Mokuola St. in Waipahu will hold its grand opening from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday with refreshments.The building will have 70 two-bedroom, one-bath units with 641 square feet that are priced from the mid-$200,000s. Delivery is anticipated for the end of summer or early fall of 2008. Applicants must not earn more than 140 percent of median income to qualify. Specifically, a couple cannot earn more than $79,860 annually while a family of four can earn no more than $99,920.
The project is being developed by Gary Furuta while Prudential Locations is the sales agent.
