Latitudes, the latest 'Ewa By Gentry neighborhood, will hold a grand opening 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday with model homes.

The project is off the western portion of Keaunui Drive just past the Geiger Road intersection of Fort Weaver Road.

Four house plans will be offered, three priced just under $600,000. Three of the plans feature four bedrooms and three baths. Living areas range from 1,557 to 1,921 square feet and lots run from 3,750 to 5,000 square feet. The homes will be across from the future Laulani Villages Shopping Center.

The first homes will be ready no later than January, Gentry vice president Rick Hobson said.
