The Luxor hotel on the Las Vegas Strip has announced that they have launched a multi-phase renovation program.

The casino floor is already in the process of being updated with a water theme and other phases of construction will include creation of new nightclubs and restaurants and the launch of a new Cirque du Soleil production.

Altogether, there will be five new bars (one, the Aurora Lounge, is open now) and three restaurants. The Restore Pool Lounge, which opened this month, offers an outdoor spa-like atmosphere with cabanas and pampering around the pool.
