Synchronized swimming championships begin Sunday

The Hawaii Synchro Club will compete with others around the world in the 2007 U.S. Open Synchronized Swimming Championships held Sunday through July 21 at the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Complex in Central O'ahu Regional Park.The international event will include more than 600 athletes, the Hawaii Synchro Club said.
Junior Finals will be at 11:15 a.m. July 18, and the Senior Finals will be held at 10 a.m. July 21. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for senior citizens and students.
