How Hawai'i Reps. Neil Abercrombie and Mazie Hirono and Sens. Daniel Akaka and Daniel K. Inouye voted in key legislation last week.

    KEY HOUSE VOTE

    1. Iraq Redeployment Bill

The House voted Thursday, 223-201, to require a redeployment of troops from Iraq — to begin 120 days after the bill is enacted and be completed by April 2008. Four Republicans voted for the measure, double the number who voted for a similar measure in March. The president has threatened a veto but the bill is unlikely to make it through the Senate.
