Police seek information on bank robbery suspect

Honolulu police are seeking information on a man who robbed Bank of Hawaii's Kalihi branch Friday. Police today released a surveillance photo of the suspect through Honolulu CrimeStoppers.

The robbery occurred at 2:20 p.m. According to police, the suspect was wearing a black beanie cap, a tan long-sleeve shirt over a red T-shirt with "adidas" displayed on the front and dark pants. He also was carrying a skateboard.

A demand note was passed to the teller and no injuries were reported.

Police ask anyone with information about the crime to call Honolulu CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cellular phone.
