Man questioned about assault with bat in Aiea

A 21-year-old Waipahu man was arrested by police last night for questioning about an alleged assault in 'Aiea.The victim, 39, called police yesterday after spotting the man who he says struck him on the left side of head with a baseball bat at 1:30 a.m. on July 1.
The suspect was booked for investigation of second-degree assault.
