Ewa Beach stabbing suspect pleads not guilty

A 22-year-old man pleaded not guilty today to a murder charge of stabbing his cousin at an 'Ewa Beach apartment on July 4.

Tyler Condon, who is being held in $1 million bail, was given a trial date of Sept. 17 by Circuit Judge Derrick Chan.

Condon is charged with murdering Jake Hale, 28, who was found with stab wounds outside the apartment at Palm Villas II on Mikohu Street.

If convicted, Condon faces a mandatory life term with parole.
