Man, 27, accused of assault with a metal pipe

Gerald Siamani, who has no permanent local address, is being held in lieu of $11,000 bail. He was arrested yesterday at 4:30 p.m. Kalaunu Street.
The man, 21, struck with the metal pipe suffered minor injuries, police said.
