National Weather Service forecasters are still tracking Hurricane Cosme, which is expected to weaken to tropical storm strength by the time it reaches parts of the Hawaiian Islands.When it hits, most likely Friday night, it will bring much-needed rain relief to windward sides of the Islands, particularly on the Big Island.
