GenuineHI to host hip-hop party at NextDoor on Aug. 2

KTUH-FM GenuineHI radio show personality Jake the Snake will host a hip-hop party, "The Next Movement," on Aug. 2 at NextDoor.

The event will feature live hip-hop from The Soul Pacific, live painting by artist Stan Still, visuals by Dubside, a surfboard installation by Chinatown Boardroom and a fashion show with works by new local designers.

The turntables will be worked by DJ Frank(E) from Los Angeles-based The Beathackerz Kollectiv and KTUH-FM DJs Mr. Nick, Cookiehead Jenkins and Mano Lopez.

From 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. For patrons age 21 and over only. Cover is $10.
