The event begins at 5:30 a.m. with a 750-meter swim off Waikiki, followed by a 40-kilometer bike ride to Hawai'i Kai and back and finishing with a 10-kilometer run around the Diamond Head area.

Entry fee is $120 for the individual divison and $140 for the team division.
