Honolulu's Kaneko finishes fifth in Betsy Rawls golf

Honolulu's Ayaka Kaneko shot a 3-over-par 74 today to finish tied for fifth at the American Junior Golfers Association's McDonald's Betsy Rawls Girls Championship at Malvern, Pa.Vicky Hurst of Melbourne, Fla., fired a 69 and finished at 7-under-par 206 for a five-stroke victory.
Kaneko, a Sacred Hearts senior, finished at 216 in the invitation-only tournament.
The 78-player field featured players from 21 states, Canada and Peru.
