Moanalua Freeway traffic backing up at Tripler

Traffic is backing up in the eastbound and westbound lanes of the Moanalua Freeway near Tripler Army Medical Center.Police said security checks more thorough than usual are being conducted on vehicles entering the hospital grounds due to an elevated security risk level.
