Advertiser Staff

The Queen's Medical Center is hosting its annual Heritage Day celebrations tomorrow with a tribute to Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV, a Hawaiian crafts fair on its front lawn and strolling musicians on patient floors.

The Medical Center was founded in 1859 and was originally named The Queen's Hospital. It has grown from an 18-bed facility to a 505-bed facility with 3,631 employees.
