Enjoy sun before Cosme takes effect later today

Tropical Depression Cosme continues to move on a track that will take it south of the Big Island tonight, the National Weather Service said this morning.Starting later today and continuing through Saturday, Cosme is expected to produce stronger winds and heavier rain, particularly on the Big Island.
Trade wind weather should return Sunday and continue through next week.
As of 11 p.m. last night, the center of Cosme was 465 miles east southeast of Hilo and moving west at 17 mph. The National Weather Service said it is not yet having a direct effect on weather over the main Hawaiian Islands.
