BUFFETT TICKETS

Tickets go on sale from 9 a.m. tomorrow for the Oct. 4 concert by Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefer Band at the Waikiki Shell.

'HEDWIG' ROCKS BACK

"Hedwig and the Angry Inch" returns to the spotlight at the Doris Duke Theatre, Honolulu Academy of Arts, in August.

Veteran punk musician Otto last staged "Hedwig" in 2002. The rocking musical is based on the Off-Broadway show and film about a botched sex-change operation, a doomed love and deception.

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Aug. 10-11, 17-18, 24-25, 31. Tickets are $15 general, $10 seniors, students and museum members. 532-8700.

ROCK THE BELLS COMING

Rock The Bells, a nationwide hip-hop tour featuring Wu-Tang Clan, Nas and Talib Kweli, is stopping at Blaisdell Arena Sept. 1.

Other performers on the schedule: David Banner, MF Doom, Pharoahe Monch, Slum Village featuring Phat Kat, Immortal Technique and Jedi Mind Tricks. More details will be announced.
