The 808 Basketball team from Hawai'i won the United States Junior National 14-under championship in Las Vegas last Friday.

808 Basketball posted a 49-16 victory over NV Lady Knix, a team which had beaten them in the tournament's opening game, 55-52.

That opening-game loss was 808 Basketball's only defeat. The team also beat AZ Venom, 66-44, GF Girls Basketball, 50-26, CO Riders 49-34, and CO Rocky Mountain Stars Morgan, 42-39.

808 Basketball qualified to play in this tournament by winning the 13-under championship in the Vision Sports National Youth Basketball Championships last summer in Las Vegas.
