The Kids First! Film Festival ends tomorrow with a group of films geared toward really little kids, ages 2 to 6:

  • "Mama Mirabelle's Home Movies," from National Geographic, is about an elephant who cares for young animals on the African savanna. This is a sneak peek at the animated/film clips series that premieres in September on the PBS Kids. Two episodes will be screened.

  • "Knuffle Bunny," an animated tale about a trip to the laundromat.

  • "Paz," left, a mix of live-action puppetry and animation, is about a 5-year-old penguin, his mom, grandfather and his pals. Three episodes.

The entire program runs 56 minutes. The screening, at 4 p.m. at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa's Art Auditorium, is free. 956-8246.
