3.6-magnitude earthquake registered on Big Island

A 3.6-magnitude earthquake was recorded on the Big Island at 10:14 p.m. last night by the U.S. Geological Survey at the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory.The quake wasn't big enough to measure a tsunami advisory.
The quake occurred five miles south/southeast of Ho'okena, with its hypocentral depth registered at 8 miles.
