Free screening of meditation documentary Aug. 8

The Hawaii Association of International Buddhists and Vipassana Hawaii will screen "Changing From Inside," a documentary film on how residents of a Seattle prison are transformed by mindfulness meditation (vipassana).The free screening takes place 7 p.m. Aug. 8 at the Buddhist Study Center, 1436 University Ave.
There will be a discussion on mindfulness meditation following the film and refreshments will be served.
