Talk on 'Mindfulness Practice' slated for Aug. 26

"Mindfulness Practice," a talk by Ernestine Enomoto, a Thich Nhat Hanh Dharma teacher, will be held at 10 a.m. Aug. 26 at the Kailua Shambhala Meditation Center, 25 Kane'ohe Bay Drive, Suite 205.

Enomoto has been a student of Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh since the 1990s and was given the dharma lineage name True Mindfulness of Peace in 1997. She then founded the Honolulu Mindfulness Community.

Preceding the talk will be individual meditation instruction and open meditation at 9:15 a.m.
